Elizabeth Zimmermann, who was born on August 9, invented a technique for Moebius loops by knitting a fat piece and twisting one end before joining. Shoulder cozy wrap is a stash buster with a twist! Designed to use up your leftover Worsted yarn scraps, this shawl starts with flat knit stockinette panel which is then given a twist to form a Moebius-loop and joined.
