Knotball Blanket
Knit on the bias in garter stitch gives this stash busting blanket diagonal stripes. The colorway is created by using a magic knotball combining all your leftover sock yarn into one ball of yarn. The designer has link to her video on knotballs. Designed by Shannon Long for Blue Fern Yarns.
Nepolitan Ripple Throw
Zigzag striped stash buster blanket knit in a 2 row repeat. Designed for at least 10 colors, solid and self-striping, in a variety of weights from Sport to Super Bulky, it's perfect for leftover yarn. Size: About 46 x 60 in. (117 x 152.5 cm). Designed by Lion Brand.
Leftovers Blanket
Designed for stash busting, this blanket is knit flat with garter stitch in blocks of 5 sections a central square surrounded by four wedge shapes. A great portable project! Two strands of Fingering weight yarn held together but I think you could use any weight. Designed by Tone Takle. Available in English and Norwegian
Brava Stripe Blanket
A 4 row slipped stitch pattern creates a colorful stash buster blanket for multicolored yarn or leftover scrap yarn. Amish Stripe Afghan
Alternating stripes of color in stockinette and seed stitch creates a great stash buster for at least seven colors of yarn. A seed stitch border creates a neat finished look. Pattern calls for picking up side borders but I think you could easily handle this as you knit if you want. Size: About 49 x 56 in. (124.5 x 142 cm). Super Bulky weight yarn. This stash buster project makes excellent use of ALL of your leftover yarn. This square blanket is knit in the round and there’s no seaming or edges to pick up. Great stash buster for gradient or self-striping DK weight yarn, this blanket is created from hexagons knit from at least 4 colorways of multicolor yarn. 49 Hexagon motifs are worked, then sewn together in strips to make Blanket.
