Sleeping Beauty Baby Blanket
Diana Matthews designed this throw that has a stockinette center surrounded by a cable and lace border. The stockinette center knits up fast and stitches are picked up for the border.30″ x 30″ using worsted weight yarn but adapts to other weights. Note that this downloads as a zip file that you will have to extract.

Once Upon a Time – Emma’s Blanket
This is the actual pattern used by the designer Caitlin ffrench, who was the official knitter of Emma’s blanket featured in the TV series Once Upon a Time. The original border is a feather and fan lace but some knitters, like the pictured project by jackscrapsuk, have substituted a crochet edge. A quick knit in super bulky yarn.
