Buginarug Cowl
Fun unique buttoned cowl is much easier than it looks. It's a garter stitch piece with ladder loops formed just with bind off and cast ons. Then it's finished with a garter stitch strip intertwined with the loops. Uses one skein of Bulky weight yarn. Designed by Norah Gaughan.
