Mini Gingerbread Friends
Gingerbread girl and boy dolls knit in one piece from the bottom-up. The doll’s body can be knit flat or in the round. Simple sewing techniques define the arms and legs after knitting. This gingerbread softie is easy and quick, knit all in one piece in the round. He’s designed to be 11 inches tall but can easily be customized for a different size.

Gingerbread Man and Woman
Detailed step by step written instructions for a gingerbread man and a woman ornament or toy. They are knit in the round and the “glazing” is embroidered. It takes about 4 hours to knit one ornament if you are a fast knitter. Size 5.5 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide. Designed by Norman Schwarze.
