Claire's Easiest Shrug
Knit flat in one piece with garter stitch and an optional easy lace border, this cardigan shrug comes in adult and child sizes. Sizes Women: Small/ to XLarge, Child: 4-8 yrs, Babies: 6-24 mos. I believe the name is a reference to a shrug worn by Claire in the Outlander show. Bulky or Worsted weight yarn. Designed by Diane Soucy.
