Easy cardigan with pockets knit flat in half brioche that is mostly a 2 row repeat. Front edges and neckband are knit along with the body so there's no picking up stitches. Sizes 36" to 50". Lace weight yarn. Designed by Lana Grossa.

Vertical Ridges Cardigan
Easy cardigan knit in a 2 row texture. The front band is knit with the body so there's no picking up stitches. Rated easy by the designer. The construction at the neck is a little fiddly so it's probably not for beginners. Sizes XS/S M L XL 2/3XL 4/5XL. Worsted weight yarn. Designed by Caron.
Cloud Cardi
Easy bomber style cardigan jacket knit flat in garter stitch. No picking up stitches or tricky shaping. Designer says it is suitable for newbie knitters. Sizes XXS (XS, S, SM, M, L, XL, XXL). Quick knit Super Bulky weight yarn. Designed by Emily Bolduan. May only be free for a limited time.

Sanpoku
The brilliant Norah Gaughan was inspired by Japanese style to create this wrapped cardigan for Berroco. Rated very easy and easy by the majority of Ravelrers. The recommended yarn is my current favorite Berroco Modern Cotton which has lovely drape and stitch definition and is so comfortable.
